Dear Parent / Guardian, Assalamu Alaikum wa Rehmatullahi wa Barakatuh  As the school comes close to the end of the year, we have started the planning for the new school year.  As such, we will be commencing the Full-Time Hifz School registration process for the 2013-2014 year. Please find attached the Registration form for existing students only. Forms will be accepted in the Office from April 15, 2013, Monday to Friday, from 8:15 am – 2:10 pm. In order for the registration to be complete, you must double check your information on the form given to your child, sign it and hand it with the supply fees in cash/cheque. If there are any changes to your information please change it on the form. A “Void” cheque will be required if your banking information has been changed. If any of the above mentioned requirements are not present, the registration will not be accepted. The 2013-2014 IFT Full-Time Hifz School fees will be as follows: For the month of July and August fees will be: One Child                     $200.00 per month Two Children                $350.00 per month Three or More Children            $500.00 per month Fees from September 2013 – June 2014 will be: One Child                     $250.00 per month Two Children                $400.00 per month Three or More Children            $550.00 per month Non-refundable Supplies fee must be paid in cash at the time of registration and will be $30.00 for the year. Please be advised of the following important dates: Pre-Registration deadline for 2013-2014  - Tuesday April 30, 2013 Victoria Day - Monday May 20, 2013 Final Exams (Hadr, Tajweed book) - Thursday June 13, 2013 Final Exams (Fiqh, duas) - Friday June 14, 2013 Full-Time Hifz BBQ - Wednesday June 26, 2013 Trip to Canada’s Wonderland - Thursday June 27, 2013 Summer Holidays        - Friday June 28 – Friday July 5, 2013 Full Time Hifz School 2013-2014 year commences - Monday July 8, 2013 Summer Hifz - Monday July 8,-Thurs August 8, 2013 Summer and Eid-ul-Fitr Holidays - Friday August 9,- Fri August 23, 2013 Classes resume - Monday August 26, 2013 Boys’ & Girls’ Jalsa/Graduation Ceremony - Friday September 6, 2013 Insha-Allah this year Full-Time Hifz Jalsa and Hifz graduation will take place on September 6, 2013.
